  14. Wow! Seems like the company is having problems!!!

  16. I had troubles like this when I ordered an internal HD for my Amiga from
  17. an (ex) English company by the name of "WTS ELECTRONICS". 
  18.  
  19. My hard drive took 9 MONTHS TO COME!!! And the only reason we got it 
  20. through in the end was because my mother and myself had issued them with
  21. court action. We even had the court dates through and then they finally
  22. gave in.

  24. I got my HD from them just in time as a few weeks later they were raided
  25. by the fraud squad....
  26.  
  27. 6 months or so went by and we got a letter from the police in the area
  28. where WTS were located asking us if we were prepared to go to court
  29. to testify and also if we had any information. We were both prepared to
  30. go to court and had a huge ring binder full of letters etc.

  33. Ok, thats my experience, here's some advice....
  34.  
  35. 1- contact your local Citizen's advice beaurau (if they have them in the US)
  36. and expain your situation to them. These are an excellent source of help.
  37.  
  38. 2- If you send ANY letters to the company make sure you keep a copy
  39. yourself.
  40.  
  41. 3- if you make any phone calls to the company make notes of the date the
  42. call was made, time, and also who you spoke to.
  43.  
  44. 4- If any promises are made by the company make notes of these and who said
  45. them.
  46.  
  47. 5- Contact the magazine you saw the advert to see if they can help or put
  48. you in contact with any other people who have had problems with that
  49. company.
